Chris Burkard Miir Water Bottle Review: World’s Best Water Bottle

Your coffee mug and your water bottle are probably two objects you see more often than any other in your life, so you might as well make them nice to look at. That’s why it makes sense that MiiR is teaming up with famed photographer Chris Burkard to create the Halendid collection.

Miir’s Halendid Collection features stunning aerial imagery by outdoor photographer Chris Burkard.

The collection contains three pieces: the Camp Chris Burkard 12 oz cup, the Chris Burkard 16 oz tumbler and the WM Chris Burkard 32 oz bottle. The two are shrouded in an aerial photo of glacial sediment streaking across an icy landscape that Burkard captured from a Cessna over the Icelandic highlands in 2015. The photo’s contrasting colors and dizzying swirls make it look like a work of art. Gallery-worthy psychedelic abstract art. , which makes it all the more impressive considering it’s actually landscape photography.

The design alone makes the collection stand out, but the Camp Cup and Tumbler are standouts as well. All three pieces are double-walled vacuum insulated to keep your drinks hot or cold. The Camp Cup and Tumbler also have splash-proof snap-on lids, while the Wide Mouth Bottle is sweat-proof and sports a leak-proof threaded lid with a tapered carry handle/carabiner.

Prime: a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the collection will be donated to Outdoor Outreach, a non-profit organization that introduces young people to the outdoors. So not only will you be drinking a work of art, but you’ll be feeling great, too.
